ESTIMATES ONLY- The programming of our website requires a shipping chart based on amount of purchase, however THE AMOUNT OF YOUR  PURCHASE IS REALLY IRRELEVANT.  PLEASE DISREGARD THE SHIPPING AMOUNT CHARGED.  POSTAGE IS BASED ON SIZE OF BOX,/ENVELOPE USE , NOT THE AMOUNT OF PURCHASE. 

THE BELOW CHART FOR SHIPPING IS WHAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED

Note:  We only ship USPS and use Priority Mail FLAT RATE envelopes or boxes, or in some cases the Priority Mail "weighed" envelope. The amount of your purchase is really irrelevant. As they say, "If it fits, it ships".  Every effort will be made to pack your purchases in the most economical envelope/box available, BUT we will not compromise the safety of the product.  If it "fits" more safely in a larger box then we will put it in one.  We do not want you to receive damaged goods.  Items such as layer cakes, books and some patterns bought in small quantities will not fit in the flat rate envelope and are best suited for the Priority Mail envelope.  This is the only envelope where postage is based on the weight of the product.  It is sometimes more economical to use this method than to go to a larger size flat rate box.

YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE ADJUSTED ACCORDING TO WHICHEVER OF THE BELOW ENVELOPES/BOXES IS USED:

Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope  9-1/2" X 12-1/2 -------------------------------$5.00

 (will hold up to 6 yards of regular cotton fabric)  

Priority Mail Small  Flat Rate box  8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8" --------------------$5.00

Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate box (FRB2)   13-5/8" x 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" or ----------$11.00 

or (FRB1) (11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" (will hold approximately 20 yards of regular cotton fabric)  

Priority Mail Large Flat Rate box12" x 12" x 5-1/2"  ----------------------------14.00

PLEASE NOTE;  5 1/2 to 6 yards of regular 100% cotton fabric will fit in a Priority Flat Rate envelope.  6 yards of $9.00 fabric would total $54.00; therefore, your shipping would only be $5.00 not $8.00 as indicated.   (Bulky fabrics like Minkee, Chenille, flannel and fleece require larger packaging)

Approximately 20 yards of regular cotton fabric will fit in a medium flat rate box and the shipping cost would be $11.00

Bulky fabrics like Minkee, Chenille, flannel and fleece require larger packaging. Your invoice total will be changed and charged accordingly.  

If you would like a total of what your actual shipping charge would be before deliver, please indicate so in the comments field of your order.  We will not process your order until we hear a confirmation back from you.  It must be noted however, that we cannot “hold” your fabric awaiting your confirmation.

The above is also true for you, EXCEPT that shipping rates are considerably higher. 

Merchandise Return Policy:

No refunds will be granted unless merchandise is defective or an item was sent in error. ALL merchandise is checked thouroughly before shippped. No returns on cut fabric No returns on books or patterns due to copywrite issues. All merchandise on sale is final. Please email stating the error immediately so we can correct the problem. After 14 days all sales are considered final unless prior arrangements have been made.Customer pays for return shipping. Your credit card will be credited for the returned item only.
